63% of them want to change their fixed telephony or unified communications offer in the coming months. For 39% of these structures, the primary objective is to improve internal and external communication.
These results come from the first UCaaS services observatory led by the IDC firm, more than 300 French private and public companies were questioned, all with at least 500 employees. Despite the relative youth of unified communications in the cloud, no less than 15% of companies have deployed this technology or are about to do so.

For a successful adoption of unified communications in the cloud , there are some issues that need to be considered. For three quarters of respondents, it is data security that must be studied. Then we find the specificity of IT architectures (56%) and the IT environment (57%).
Another important point: support in the adoption of this new technology, essential for 75% of companies.
