Johnson Controls, the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of control systems and integrated solutions for life support systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration) and security, invites the position of Service Engineer - HVAC
Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance and participate in mid -life and overhaul of equipment.
* Disassembly, repair, assembly of medium complexity of units and mechanisms of equipment, units and machines.
* Checking equipment for leaks. Preparation of refrigeration units for refueling (evacuation, pressurizing with nitrogen), refueling with refrigerant.
* Servicing pumps, monitoring the condition of filters, cleaning and replacing them.
* Connection of wires according to wiring diagrams. Techniques and methods for replacing, splicing and soldering low voltage wires.
* Performing simple assembly and disassembly work.
Connecting, disconnecting electrical equipment and taking measurements.
* Analysis of the work of instrumentation and signaling devices.
* Pre-start checks, start-up of serviced equipment and regulation of its operation according to the indications of control and measuring instruments.
* Identification, prevention and elimination of malfunctions in the installation.
* Service of pumps.
* Maintaining control and accounting records on the operation of equipment: drawing up acts of acceptance and delivery of works, equipment inspections, etc.
* Traveling on business trips to resolve urgent technical issues in the regions
